Expleo, a global engineering, technology and consulting service provider, recognised the huge market opportunity arising from the impending 2030 deadline for businesses to transition their existing SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. Organisations needed an expert partner to help them navigate the complex multi-year transformation, and Expleo needed to clearly communicate the value of their transformation offering.
Our Role
Expleo engaged Magnus to develop an end-to-end go to market strategy. From conducting market analysis and identifying the most valuable audiences, to developing a value proposition and flexible global campaign strategy that could act as a blueprint for all regions to activate.

Created an effective GTM strategy that set the Expleo marketing and sales teams up for success. Defined a new competitor set, identified a new senior decision maker to target, and delivered a scalable GTM approach.
