Global Persona Platform

Global markets activated

C-suite insights operationalised

Content at scale

Context
The client’s global content team supports multiple buyer personas across six markets. The ambition was to deliver highly personalised, market-specific content at scale.
As the scope of global campaigns expanded, the opportunity was to create a system that could activate persona insight consistently across regions.

Reframe
The opportunity was to move from static persona documentation to a system that could activate executive insight dynamically across markets – enabling consistent, persona-led campaign execution at global scale.

Solution
We built a dynamic persona platform powered by two years of C-suite interview data, combined with market-specific context across six regions. On top of this, we implemented an AI-supported content engine that generates campaign assets aligned to persona and geography.

Innovation
Personas were built as a live, quarriable system rather than static documents. AI handled scale and variation – human editors defined positioning, judgement, and refinement.

Korn Ferry - Persona case study

The Impact

Campaign execution scaled across six markets using a single persona platform. AI supported briefing and drafting at scale, while the team focused on positioning and refinement.
Persona insight became embedded in the workflow as a live system, expanding output and improving engagement.

The client had invested heavily in first-party research, including two years of interviews with senior executives across industries and geographies. The desire to translate insight into consistent, localised campaigns across markets created an opportunity to embed it into a scalable content system.

We built a dynamic persona platform that transformed that research into a structured, quarriable system spanning six global markets. Combined with an AI-supported content engine, the platform enabled faster campaign production while improving audience relevance.

The outcome was not a set of personas. It was a scalable content capability.

Our client operates across multiple sectors and geographies, serving distinct executive audiences. Content must reflect both role-specific pressures and local economic context.

The internal team was experienced but small relative to demand. Supporting global campaigns, website updates, and market-specific needs through a traditional workflow, required greater coordination and scale.

The value was already in the insight. The opportunity was to scale its application across markets.

Valuable executive insight existed, primarily documented in static formats across markets, and could not be efficiently activated across markets.

The task therefore shifted from “produce more content” to “design a system that scales relevance.”

What We Built

1. Global Persona Foundation
We converted two years of executive interviews into structured persona models reflecting decision context, sector pressures, success metrics, and risk considerations.

These personas were designed as living entities – not PDF documents – capable of being queried and updated over time.

2. Market Context Layer

While executive roles share common characteristics globally, market conditions differ significantly. We built supporting research layers for six regions – UK, UAE, Australia, Germany, France, and Brazil – capturing economic, regulatory, and competitive context. This allowed personas to reflect both role and geography simultaneously.

3. AI-Supported Content Engine
On top of the persona platform, we implemented a parallel AI content workflow.
The system generates campaign briefs, first drafts, and multi-format outputs aligned to persona and market. Human editors review, refine, and direct – focusing on positioning and strategic clarity rather than first-draft production.

AI accelerated scale. The team retained judgement and brand control.

The platform enabled campaign execution across six markets using a single persona framework. AI generated briefs, first drafts, and multi-format assets in parallel, while the team retained oversight of positioning and refinement.

Persona insight became embedded in the content workflow as a live, quarriable system rather than a static reference document. The result was broader market coverage and increased output, with engagement outperforming previous human-only campaigns.

This marked a shift toward a more AI-integrated operating model within the content function.

Content output expanded across markets and formats without proportional increases in headcount. Engagement metrics improved relative to previous human-only campaigns, driven by tighter persona alignment.

More importantly, the persona platform became an embedded capability, supporting global content planning beyond individual campaigns.

The project moved Korn Ferry from persona documents to persona infrastructure.
Insights became accessible, quarriable, and operational at scale.

AI became an integrated part of campaign execution – supporting briefing, drafting, and localisation at scale. The result was broader market coverage, improved engagement, and a repeatable system for sustaining persona-led relevance globally.
