Sustaining growth and delivering consistently: GTM alignment and confidence

With customer and market insight fragmented, segmentation underused, and sales, marketing, and product working in silos, the business struggled to capture the highest-value opportunities. Magnus designed and embedded a repeatable GTM process that sharpened focus, aligned teams, and equipped the organisation with the clarity and confidence needed to drive sustainable growth.

Our Role

Magnus worked with the leadership team to translate ambition into a scalable GTM model. We began with in-depth interviews and a GTM champion workshop to uncover root causes of misalignment, from unclear decision-making to fragmented data and overlapping workflows and tools. These insights formed the basis for a tailored process map – providing clear stages, success criteria, and decision points for go/no-go readiness.
Working collaboratively, we developed a GTM action plan that prioritised the areas of greatest impact: establishing a single source of truth for customer and market insight, defining roles and accountabilities, and creating a central GTM hub. Live process testing with scorecards ensured teams knew when to progress and built confidence in decision-making.
Beyond process design, Magnus supported execution enablement, helping the business embed new ways of working, manage change, and align previously fragmented teams. This included connecting sales enablement, pre-sales, and internal communications into a joined-up approach; creating playbooks and toolkits; and running readiness simulations to strengthen launch confidence. Acting as a neutral facilitator and catalyst for cultural shift, Magnus helped teams move from siloed activity to shared ownership of growth.

The Impact

The work has created a clear, repeatable GTM model that is unique to the organisation and that aligns functions, equips teams, and embeds a market-led approach.
Sales, marketing, product, and enablement teams now share one roadmap, one set of insights, and one language.
Roles and responsibilities are defined, decision-making is transparent, and launches are backed by robust internal enablement.
The result is a stronger, more confident GTM capability – built for resilience, momentum, and growth.
