His work focuses on helping leadership teams make hard, deliberate choices about where to play, how to win, and what must change operationally to turn strategy into execution that stands up to real-world pressure.

Danny works with enterprise and large mid-market B2B organisations at moments where growth needs to be sharpened, typically post-investment, post-M&A, during market entry, or when pipeline performance and win rates are not converting ambition into results.

His work focuses on accelerating growth and commercial excellence, combining sector-led go-to-market strategy with strategic account growth. He has generated over £451m in pipeline, converting a significant proportion of low-probability opportunities into closed revenue, and supported the de-risking and successful conversion of a major enterprise RFP initially assessed at 15% probability.
