  • Confident working with Excel and research outputs to support strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with analytics, research, or planning tools is a plus.
  • Strong using AI and emerging tools to support research, synthesis, and efficiency.
  • Able to move from insight → implication → strategic recommendation.
  • Understands core B2B marketing, brand, and commercial principles.
  • Balances analytical rigour with creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Curious, thoughtful, and motivated to build strategic craft over time.
  • Primarily project-team facing, with growing exposure to client interactions.
  • Supports partners and consultants with thinking, materials, and coordination.

  • Potential direct reports as the company grows.
  • Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field (or strong relevant experience).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in strategy, research, or marketing environments.
  • Analytical and creative mindset, able to interpret data and shape meaning.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with frameworks (SWOT, 5Ps, customer journey mapping) and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; exposure to Miro, Notion, or analytics tools a plus.
  • Permanent, full-time role with clear progression through to senior strategy positions.
