Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Financial year ending 2025 | Published March 2026

Our statement

Magnus Consulting Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Our business

Magnus Consulting Limited is an AI-embedded B2B growth consultancy registered in England and Wales. We provide commercial strategy, GTM design, and AI implementation services to mid-market and enterprise businesses and PE-backed portfolios. Our team is employed directly; we do not use labour agencies or zero-hours contracting for delivery roles.

Our supply chains

Our supply chains are limited in scope. We procure professional services (legal, accountancy, technology platforms) and associate consultants on a project basis. All supply chain partners are based in the UK, EU, or US, and are engaged under formal contracts that include compliance requirements.

Due diligence

We carry out due diligence on new suppliers and associate partners, including reviewing their employment practices and requesting confirmation of compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where applicable. We maintain an open reporting culture and encourage any concerns to be raised directly with our Operations Director.

Policies

We maintain an internal Ethical Procurement Policy and Whistleblowing Policy. All employees are required to complete onboarding compliance training that includes awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks.

Board approval

This statement has been approved by the board of Magnus Consulting Limited and is reviewed annually. It is published in compliance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
